Croxdale Inn - Durham

Incredible location just off Durham as well as city centre in a good area. Plus, 5 minutes drive from St David's Church. Airy and cheap room, a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets in the room.

We had a great stay at this cheap hotel. Everything about it was good. We spent 2 nights in suite. Enjoyed the attached restaurant for dinner.

I found the place really nice with a great little en-suite shower and loo. Fine views over the green. I loved being just a short stroll from Jubilee Park and the University Botanic Garden, both perfect.

I had a lovely stay with clean bedding and warm, comfortable rooms. The dining experience at the attached Indian restaurant was truly fantastic. I would definitely return!

Excellent hotel with great wi-fi, a helpful snack bar, and 24-hour security. I still remember when the staff assisted me in recovering my forgotten jewellery. Always excellent service here!

The room was spacious with a smart TV and great lighting. I loved lounging in the cozy garden area and catching up on my favorite shows in the leisure room. While the bathroom could use a little updating, it didn't take away from the overall enjoyable experience. 😊

Comfortable room, clean room, with excellent complimentary coffee and tea options and a strong water flow from the shower that ensured a refreshing start to the day, all conveniently located just a quick taxi ride from local attractions.

We checked out the local botanical garden and visited a nearby historic site, both easy to get to. The room was clean and spacious with friendly staff. Great value for a group getaway. Perfect for a road trip stop or if you're visiting the area. Definitely recommend eating at the local Indian restaurant nearby. People rave about it!

The rooms are a bit noisy. We could hear doors opening and closing in the corridor and someone had their TV on all night, hard to sleep.

We had a chance to chat with the barman who was a solid guy, told us some great local tips over a few drinks. The Indian restaurant attached had this excellent curry that was just spot-on after a long day.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable.

We needed a place for 1 night while dropping our daughter off, and this spot did the trick! Super clean, comfy bed, and friendly staff. The bar area was spacious, even if a bit chilly for my taste. Dinner was delicious Indian food, but the mismatched decor was a bit odd. Still, can't complain for the price!
